Hi! My name is Kwan Juk Siu, I was born in the Netherlands with roots from Hong Kong and raised in Belgium. I’m married to a lovely wife, her name is Vicki, and she has given birth to our two beautiful kids – Lucas and Lena. I have graduated in renowned culinary hotel schools in Belgium and started a business with my brother. Our business is very unique called “Bowls” which is an Asian Fusion restaurant in our lovely town Kortrijk.
